All Staten Island DWI DUI cases are handled in State Island Criminal Courts. These courts handled hundreds of cases a week and are very busy. In each courtroom you are likely to see fifty or sixty defendants, many for DWI DUI. This is a fast paced atmosphere. If you must attend, you should show up early, at about 9am and get in line. You will have to pass through a security screening which includes metal detectors and armed guards. The Richmond (Staten Island) Criminal Court Building is located at 67 Targee Street between Frean & Purroy Streets.

Public Transportation Directions

From the Ferry Terminal take the S74 bus to Broad Street & Gordon Street or the S78 bus to Broad Street & Thompkins Avenue. The Courthouse is located approximately four blocks from either bus stop.
